I’d been looking forward to visiting Taormina for so long, and especially trying Ristorante Le Grand Bleu. It turned out to be even better than I imagined. Taormina was beautiful, and having such a lovely lunch there with my wife made it unforgettable. What really made it special was the amazing, friendly team who looked after us. Huge thanks to Grazia, Antonino, and Nino!

We stayed at UNA and had dinner here our last night. It was the BEST meal I had in Sicily the two weeks I was touring the region. My spaghetti alle vongole was perfect, my husbands paccheri were delish. I had asked if the chef can make us fried calamari even though they weren’t on the menu, and he did. An incredible meal topped off with a perfect dessert- cassata siciliana annnnnd, my husband had the tiramisu. The staff here were lovely, especially Ilaria - grazie! I wish I knew the others’ names but they were all wonderful. Arrivederci!!

Okay, we had such a memorable experience a few days earlier, we rented a car to bring our friends to this restaurant. Paola met us upon arrival and ensured we had the most amazing experience. This time we had lobster blended into perfect pasta. The service provided by Grazia, Nino and Antonio was outstanding. A Truly Memorable Dining Experience I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent team and stunning location. The manager, Paola, was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional afternoon. Our server, Andrea, was attentive and professional throughout. I ordered the fresh calamari and prawn pasta—outstanding. The chef prepared the pasta exactly to my liking, and the flavors were spot-on. To top it all off, the view across the Ionian Sea was absolutely breathtaking. Dining here felt like a perfect blend of delicious food, impeccable service, and a world-class setting. Highly recommended!

It was one of the place I wanted to have a moment with my wife and have a fantastic lunch or diner. And we did it! There are few places in the world that are special, and this one is. The quality of food is just perfect and service extremely friendly creating this unique atmosphere. About the view? Just go. You'll never regret it!
